Moving Britain from rescue to recovery

The Chancellor has today delivered the Spending Round for 2015/16. When this Government came into power it had to address one of the biggest economic crises since the Second World War. While it is never straightforward, Britain is moving out of intensive care – from rescue to recovery. 

Immigration cut by a third

On 5 June 2013, the Home Secretary announced that since the 2010 general election, immigration numbers have been cut by a third.

More money for primary school sport

An extra £3,776,800 will go to primary schools Hampshire to transform school sport, improve coaching for the youngest pupils and inspire the Olympic and Paralympic stars of the future.
